Our Lead Pastor, Trisha Farrell: A Beacon of Inspiration
Pastor Trisha A. Farrell has been appointed by Bishop Bard as Lead Pastor on July 1 ,2024 at North Lake United Methodist Church. Pastor Trish has been in ministry since she was 19 years old. She has served through missionary work, camping, children and student ministry and has a BA in theology. In 2022, she answered God’s call to pastoral leadership. She will graduate with her Masters of Divinity from United Theological Seminary and be commissioned as a UMC Elder in May 2025. She has a genuine heart for families, community service, and impactful worship.
Pastor Trish is a single mom of three, all adopted from foster care. Her oldest, 18, will be attending Adrian College in the fall to study Athletic Training. Pastor Trish's 15yr old, loves horses and art, which she studies at a residential school. Her son, 14, will be a freshman at Chelsea High School. He loves Ford, praise music, and is a Special Olympics athlete. As a family, they love to travel, attend Christian concerts, and spend summer weekends on the pontoon at the lake! Pastor Trish is excited to serve the North Lake community and we are happy to have the whole family.
